The usual dose for adults is 120 mg to 200 mg/m2 per day, for 2 to 6 consecutive days, with an interval of 6 weeks.
Teniposide-lomustine sequence therapy is commonly used in combined chemotherapy, with each course of treatment lasting 4 days: on the 1st and 2nd days, teniposide 100 mg/day is added to 250 ml of 10% glucose solution and dripped intravenously for 1.5 to 2 hours; on the 3rd and 4th days, lomustine 80 mg is taken orally every day.
