What are the external manifestations of breast cancer

Breast disease is an enemy of women's health. Many women are deeply troubled by breast disease and seem to be miserable. Breast cancer is particularly harmful to women's health. It not only seriously affects women's bodies, but also seriously affects women's lives. So, what are the external manifestations of breast cancer?

1. Venous dilatation. Pregnant or lactating women usually experience unilateral breast vein dilatation, which is usually caused by inflammation or malignant tumors. Common tumors include breast sarcoma and very large fibroids.

2. Dimples. Dimples appear in the breasts because of the suspensory ligaments of the breasts. When the breast tumor spreads to the suspensory ligaments, the elasticity of the breasts will decrease and contract, which will pull the skin and cause local depression, forming a dimple shape. If the tumor directly enters the skin, it will also cause the skin to sag. Dimples are not always caused by breast cancer. There are also chronic breast inflammation, subcutaneous breast thrombophlebitis, fat necrosis, and marks left after surgery.

3. Orange peel sign. When the subcutaneous lymphatic vessels of breast cancer are invaded, the lymphatic return is blocked, causing skin edema, but the skin at the hair follicles is prone to cause the breast surface to sag, showing orange peel. At the same time, it may develop into breast cancer. Inflammatory breast cancer has a large range and sometimes spreads to the entire breast.

4. Partial protrusion of the breast. Breast lumps continue to develop, and at a certain stage, the skin surface will protrude outward. Some patients will have darker skin pigments, while some patients will not have this phenomenon.

5. Areola changes. If there is an obvious tumor under the nipple, it can cause nipple deformation and nipple depression; when the nipple is severely infiltrated, the nipple will ulcerate and erode. The symptoms of breast eczematoid cancer are nipple scab, desquamation, erosion, and multiple attacks are difficult to cure.

In short, when women find that their breasts have the changes described above, they may have been attacked by breast cancer. What women need to do at this time is not to panic, but to go to the hospital for diagnosis and examination in time. Once diagnosed, they should actively receive treatment in the hospital. It is recommended that women must have regular physical examinations and strive to achieve early detection and early treatment of breast cancer.
