What are the differences between the symptoms of gastrointestinal cancer and gastroenteritis

Gastroenteritis and gastrointestinal cancer are both very common diseases in our lives. I believe we are not unfamiliar with these two diseases. When they occur, they have a great impact on our lives. So, for this disease that we are not unfamiliar with, what are the differences between the symptoms of gastrointestinal cancer and gastroenteritis? The editor will introduce them to you below.

The main symptoms of gastroenteritis are:

1. Stomach pain, bloating, and stomach acid are significantly aggravated, accompanied by irregular pain, and the attack cycle is getting shorter and shorter.

2. There is a dull pain in the pit of the stomach, which radiates in a radiating pattern. It takes a long time to relieve the pain by increasing the dosage of conventional medicines.

3. Loss of appetite, eating less, frequent nausea, vomiting, weight loss, getting thinner day by day, accompanied by fatigue and anemia.

4. The abdomen feels heavy, bowel movements are irregular, diarrhea is of unknown cause, the stool shape is abnormal, mostly mucus or loose stools, and there is slight pain during defecation.

5. Diarrhea and constipation occur alternately, and the stool is mostly black. Ordinary antibacterial and anti-inflammatory drugs are ineffective. Diarrhea is difficult to control, and there is a low or moderate fever.

Early symptoms of stomach cancer include:

Upper abdominal pain, upper abdominal discomfort, stomach bloating, loss of appetite, indigestion, often with heartburn, nausea, vomiting, belching or black stools. A few patients do not have obvious digestive system symptoms, but may experience unexplained weight loss, emaciation and fatigue. Long-term gastritis can be a predisposing factor for gastric cancer. In terms of symptoms, more than 70% of gastric cancers have no symptoms, and those with symptoms are generally atypical. Mild upper abdominal discomfort is the most common initial symptom, which is similar to indigestion or gastritis.
