Subclinical liver cancer is completely asymptomatic and lacks tumor-specific signs. Symptoms of chronic hepatitis are common. The following symptoms may occur in the middle and late stages: (1) General symptoms, unexplained weight loss, general fatigue and easy tiredness. Even lying down to rest cannot eliminate the tiredness. These are common symptoms of liver disease. Sometimes people mistakenly believe that these phenomena are related to colds or excessive fatigue. Other symptoms include progressive anemia and edema. (2) Pain in the liver area. There may be continuous or intermittent pain in the liver area. The most common pain is pain in the right upper abdomen. The pain can sometimes radiate to the back or shoulders. (3) A lump appears under the right rib margin. (4) Gastrointestinal symptoms: decreased appetite, abdominal distension, indigestion, and sometimes diarrhea, nausea, and vomiting. (5) Bleeding: nose bleeding, subcutaneous bleeding, etc. (6) The skin and whites of the eyes become yellow-green (jaundice), ascites, itchy skin, etc. (7) Enlarged liver and spleen, fever, etc. |
