Dietary factors

The incidence of prostate cancer is high in Western countries, which is closely related to eating habits. The diet in Western countries is mainly rich in fat, meat and dairy products. With the improvement of living standards in my country, people often drink milk, eggs and meat. These foods are the main sources of fatty acids. Fatty acids can produce peroxides with carcinogenic damage during oxidation, which act on the prostate and induce prostate cancer.
