The food must be light. In the first two days after the examination, try to eat some easily digestible food, eat more porridge, or drink some soup, and then gradually resume your normal diet. Be careful not to eat raw, cold, irritating, or fried foods.

2. If a biopsy is taken during the colonoscopy, you must rest in bed after the operation. You cannot do strenuous exercise within three days, and you cannot have a barium enema examination. No physical labor within 15 days.

3. If there are no other special circumstances, the diet after colonoscopy can be followed according to the doctor's instructions.

4. After the colonoscopy, if you experience persistent abdominal pain or bloody stools, please inform your doctor as soon as possible.

5. If you experience severe pain during the examination, tell the doctor and he will make adjustments.

6. Patients with more serious heart disease, some cardiopulmonary insufficiency, severe hypertension, some severe ulcerative intestinal diseases, pregnant women, mental patients, people who have undergone multiple abdominal surgeries, etc. are not suitable for colonoscopy.
