1. Keep moving, don’t sit:

You should keep walking and persist for 10 to 15 minutes.

2. Remember to drink water after exercise:

After exercise, don’t drink a lot of water immediately. Instead, drink water slowly and gradually to immediately balance the water and salt in your body. This will ensure that your thighs are no longer sore, or at least not as severe as if you didn’t drink water.

3. Remember to find someone to massage your thighs after exercise:

You can massage your thighs yourself to relax them, or you can ask someone to help you massage your thighs to relax them. In short, you must keep your thighs relaxed and not let yourself be unable to walk the next day.

4. Strengthen exercise in daily life.

People who exercise regularly will feel like they are sweating no matter what intense exercise they do. If people who don't exercise do intense exercise, they will definitely feel pain all over their body. Therefore, if you strengthen your exercise, you will not experience leg pain after exercise.
