The difference between sanguine and choleric

Everyone has different personality traits, but some people divide all people's personality traits into four types. Sanguine and choleric are two of the four personality traits. Phlegmatic: slow psychological reaction speed, slow movements, steady attitude, taciturn, good at restraint and patience, with a practical spirit, emotions are not easily expressed and are not easily revealed. People with this temperament have poor plasticity, show a lack of flexibility, and are introverted in behavior and emotions. Under the condition of a good education, phlegmatic people are likely to develop characteristics such as diligence, pragmatism, and perseverance.

4. Melancholic temperament: high sensitivity, deep and delicate emotional experience, prone to sentimentality, withdrawn behavior, poor social skills, and slow reaction. People with this temperament type are often imaginative and show perseverance in work within their capabilities. In a united and friendly group, one can demonstrate such excellent qualities as gentleness, tactfulness, firmness, and compassion. However, in unfavorable situations such as danger and tension, they often show fear, cowardice, timidity, and indecision. After encountering setbacks, they are often restless, depressed, melancholy, and pessimistic, and often experience all kinds of grievances in a pathological way.

In real life, only a few people have the typical characteristics of a certain temperament type, and most people are a mixture of different temperament types.
