Early symptoms of inguinal lymphoma

Early symptoms of inguinal lymphoma

No matter what kind of disease occurs in the human body, it should be discovered and treated as early as possible, because many diseases are delayed until the late stage and cannot be treated, which has a great impact on human health. People often feel that there are some diseases around their abdomen. This is probably a phenomenon caused by inguinal lymphoma. So after suffering from inguinal lymphoma, what are the early symptoms in the human body?

Early symptoms of inguinal lymphoma

First: Patients with inguinal lymphoma generally have symptoms of fever in the early stages, and the high temperature is likely to persist. Regardless of whether the fever is reduced by taking medicine or by physical means, the high temperature will always recur. Some patients will also experience coughing and sweating. Many people mistakenly think that it is a cold, but long-term treatment always has no effect.

Second: Lymphoma patients will have symptoms of itchy skin in the early stages. After suffering from lymphoma, the symptoms are different from those of other tumors. Patients may mistakenly think it is a skin disease at first. Some patients have itching all over the body, and some patients have local itching. These symptoms are all caused by lymphoma.

Third: Lymphoma patients may also suffer from gastrointestinal diseases. They will usually feel a loss of appetite, abdominal lumps, or abdominal pain. Not only will the intestines be uncomfortable, but the stomach will also be affected. If you have these symptoms, you should go to the hospital for examination in time. After the diagnosis is confirmed, you should also undergo surgical treatment in time. Delaying treatment for a long time will only aggravate the condition.

The life of patients with inguinal lymphoma is very painful. In the early stage of the disease, the lesions can be removed surgically, but in the late stage of the disease, treatment becomes very difficult. Even if the condition can be alleviated through drug therapy and chemotherapy, the chance of cure for patients with late-stage inguinal lymphoma is still very small.

Treatment of inguinal lymphoma

1. Surgical treatment: In patients with intranodal lymphoma, surgery is mainly used for biopsy for pathology or for staging abdominal exploration. For extranodal lymphoma originating in the brain, spinal cord, orbit, salivary gland, thyroid, lung, liver, spleen, etc., surgical resection is often performed first, followed by radiotherapy and/or chemotherapy. Lymphoma originating from the kidney, bladder, testicles, ovaries, uterus, skin, breast, etc. should be removed surgically at an early stage, followed by chemotherapy or radiotherapy.

2. Biological immunotherapy (multicellular biological immunotherapy): Biological immunotherapy for lymphoma has a wide range of applications and can be applied to almost all tumor patients. It has obvious therapeutic effects on primary tumors and metastatic lesions. It has a more obvious effect than radiotherapy and chemotherapy in removing residual tumor cells after surgery and preventing tumor recurrence. It has fewer side effects. Currently, only fever and cold-like side effects have been found. It does not damage normal tissues, and can enhance the body's immunity and improve physical condition.

3. Some types of lymphoma can be treated with radiotherapy alone in the early stages. Radiotherapy can also be used for consolidation therapy after chemotherapy and adjuvant therapy during transplantation.

4. Treatment with Traditional Chinese Medicine: Lymphoma is a systemic disease, which is more in line with the idea of traditional Chinese medicine in treating tumors. The TCM method of treating tumors is a holistic treatment. Its treatment philosophy is the "suppression and support balance" therapy, which can be explained as: using TCM tonic drugs to improve one's own immunity, supplemented by anti-tumor drugs to achieve the goal of living with tumors. Delaying survival time improves quality of life.
