Limited shoulder movement and pain

Limited shoulder movement and pain

The shoulder is a very important joint in the human body. If the shoulders are straight, people will look more energetic and leave a better impression on others. There are many bones and joints near the shoulders, so they are also very prone to disease. If the shoulder is painful, people's activities will be restricted. Some patients with severe shoulder pain even find it difficult to raise their arms. So, what causes limited shoulder movement and pain?

Limited glenohumeral joint mobility refers to limited shoulder movement, which is common in shoulder periarthritis and shoulder dislocation. In addition to local treatment, the primary disease also needs to be treated.

Causes and common diseases

(1) Shoulder fracture: swelling, pain, and limited joint movement in the shoulder joint.

(2) Subacromial bursitis pain, nodules, cysts, local tenderness, shoulder girdle muscle atrophy, and limited shoulder joint movement.

(3) Instability of the shoulder joint, difficulty in flexion and extension, sensory impairment and limited function of the lateral side of the shoulder and arm, fatigue, joint relaxation, muscle atrophy, nodules, etc.

(4) Split rotator cuff, frozen shoulder, square shoulder deformity, painful arc sign, limited shoulder joint movement, weakness, fatigue, etc.
