How to make eyes brighter?

1. Before going to bed every day, rotate your eyeballs up and down, then left and right, and then clockwise and counterclockwise, 36 times each.

2. After waking up every day, do not open your eyes immediately. First put your thumbs together and rub them to warm them up. Then use your thumbs to wipe your eyes from the center of your eyebrows to both sides 14 times. Then rotate your eyeballs clockwise 7 times and counterclockwise 7 times. This is the method of opening and closing the eyes in the Boy's Exercise. Do not open your eyes when practicing. After completing 14 circles to the left and right, keep your eyes closed and rest silently for a while. After closing your eyes and resting silently for a while, suddenly open them, and use the back of your thumbs to press and rub the two Zanzhu acupoints 72 times. Then use the sides of both thumbs to rub the eyebrows, cheekbones and other areas around the eyes 30 times in total. Use both hands to massage the inner and outer canthi (the junction of the upper and lower eyelids), and then wash your face several times with your palms from bottom to top and from top to bottom. Finally, starting from between the eyebrows, stroke your hair back 72 times with both hands, swallow saliva 36 times, making a gurgling sound, and use your mind to send the saliva to the lower dantian (one inch and three fen below the navel).

3. Walk among the mountains and forests or climb up a building to look into the distance, concentrate your mind and calm your breath. It is best if the objects you look at are green.

4. Use light green paper to make a lantern (with burning fragrant oil). The flame should be small and placed in a dark room. The practitioner sits cross-legged two meters in front of the lamp, keeps calm, concentrates, and stares directly at the lamp. After staring in doubt for a while, close your eyes and practice the Boy's Exercise of opening and closing the eyes 36 times left and right. After a hundred days, the color of the lantern paper will be slightly darker and the position will be moved one or two feet away from the practitioner. Gradually darken the color of the lantern paper every day, starting from light green to dark blue. The distance between the two positions increased from two zhang to ten zhang, the flame of the lamp shrank from the size of a broad bean to the size of a soybean, and the practice time was extended from one hour to two hours. To be able to see the smallest of objects in the dark means that the Arhat has mastered the skill of night vision, and his eyesight is so strong that he can accurately recognize people's faces within ten feet at night.

5. Choose a quiet place, sit or stand, relax your whole body, clear your mind, open your eyes, keep your head and neck still, and only move your eyeballs. First, look directly below, then slowly turn to the left, then to the top, to the right, and finally back to the bottom. In this way, turn clockwise 9 times. Then let your eyes move from gazing downwards, to the right, to the top, to the left, and then back downwards, and do this six times in a counterclockwise direction. Do this 4 times in total. With each movement, the eye should move as far as possible. This eye-rolling method can exercise the eye muscles, improve nutrition, and make the eyes flexible.

6. Practice counting objects first. Count the stationary objects first, so that you can see how many of them there are at a glance. Then practice counting moving objects. Similarly, you can judge the number of them accurately at a glance. This means that you have completed the training of your invulnerable eyes. Then plant dozens of wooden poles, sprinkle lime on the poles, and walk among the poles, making sure not to let the lime get on your clothes. At the beginning, the poles are sparse, so walk slowly.

7. Someone punched me in the eye, and I stared at him, trying not to blink. Practice this repeatedly until you can react without blinking even when attacked.

8. Choose a point in a bright area 2 to 3 meters ahead. The height of the point should be roughly level with the eyes or eyebrows, and it is best to find a mark that is not too conspicuous. When doing eye-fixation training, your eyes should be naturally open, but the orbicularis oculi muscle should not be too tight. Look directly at the mark on the target in front of you and keep your eyes focused, otherwise your attention will be distracted. After staring for a certain period of time, you can close your eyes slightly to rest, then suddenly open your eyes and immediately stare at the target, and practice repeatedly.
