Monday to Friday:

6:00 Get up (depending on how long it takes you to get to school, make appropriate adjustments. If you have time, finish your breakfast and go out; if you don’t have time, take it with you)

7:00 Arrive at school

11;40 You can run up and down the stairs to exercise. You must climb the stairs quickly until your thighs feel a little sore.

12:20 Eat

(Take a half-hour break after eating)

13:20 Go to the playground to exercise (go to the gym if there is one, do sit-ups if there is a mat, men do 70 in three sets, with no more than 30 seconds between each set, women do 50 in each set, rest the same as men, try to do it as fast as possible)

(Relax for a while after you are done. If you still have time and energy, do high leg raises, and do them as fast as possible until you can no longer lift your legs.)

10:30 Sleep (try to)

Weekends:

9:00 Wake up

10:00 Do homework

11:30 Lunch

12;20 Do homework

14;20 Jump 600 times in a row (add or subtract according to your ability, but make sure you feel like you are breathing hard)

15:00 Do push-ups (boys do 30 push-ups per group, three groups in total, with no more than one minute between each group; girls do 15 push-ups per group, three groups in total, with no more than one minute between each group)

(You can arrange your own time later, you can relax or study)

23:00 Sleep

Note: The skipping rope and push-ups on weekends can also be replaced by playing two hours of basketball, badminton, etc. Anyway, if you want to exercise

School bus: Memorize test syllabus words and phrases or ancient Chinese characters and phrases at red lights. Encourage yourself silently. Five lunch breaks a week: It is recommended to do one or two mock papers of each subject every day (because chemistry and physics may be faster). Practice more on weak points on weekends. You can take a nap during the school bus in the evening to reserve energy for further study after returning home.
