Early symptoms of bladder cancer

Early symptoms of bladder cancer

Bladder cancer refers to a malignant tumor that occurs on the bladder mucosa. It ranks first in the incidence of urogenital tumors in my country, and second in the West after prostate cancer. Bladder cancer can occur at any age, even in children. Its incidence increases with age, with a peak age of 50 to 70 years old. The incidence of bladder cancer in men is 3 to 4 times that of women. So what are the early symptoms of bladder cancer?

1. Frequent urination and urgency. Tumor cells invade the bladder triangle, which will stimulate the bladder and can also detect early symptoms of bladder cancer in time. If you suddenly have symptoms of frequent urination and urgency, it means that it is early stage of bladder cancer, and treatment is relatively easy at this time. Sudden urinary pain is also a symptom of bladder cancer.
2. Pain When the cancer invades the bladder extensively and deeply, urinary pain will occur, and the pain will be aggravated when the bladder is stretched and contracted. If the cancer invades the bladder neck, it will cause urethral obstruction and may induce urinary retention. If the cancer invades the urethra orifice, it will cause ascending infection and even renal pelvic hydrops. If the condition is serious, it may turn into uremia and be complicated by sepsis. Cachexia will occur in the late stage of bladder cancer.
3. Hematuria. In the early stages of bladder cancer, there is almost no feeling. Only hematuria can be observed with the naked eye. This symptom is the "red alert" of bladder cancer. Almost every bladder cancer patient has this phenomenon. Experts say that if the body has this abnormal symptom, it should be diagnosed in time to find out the cause and treat it symptomatically.
