Homemade recipe for sweet and sour pork shreds

1. Cut the tenderloin into shreds, add egg white, starch and cooking wine, mix well and coat with batter. Don't make the batter too watery. Put oil in the pot and turn on the fire. When small bubbles appear when you put chopsticks in the oil, you can put the shredded pork into the pot and fry it. Keep the fire a little lower when frying. You can take out the shredded pork when it changes color. If you don’t mind the trouble, you can let it cool down a bit and then fry it again. Mix 1 spoon of cooking wine, 2 spoons of soy sauce, 3 spoons of sugar, 4 spoons of vinegar and 5 spoons of water to make sweet and sour sauce. Leave a little oil in the pot, add the shredded pork and stir-fry briefly, then pour in the sweet and sour sauce and stir-fry. Bring to a boil over high heat and then turn to low heat until the soup is thick. Cut the cucumber into shreds, spread it on the bottom of the plate, top it with the sweet and sour pork shreds and you're done.

2. Cut the lean meat into shreds, cut the ginger into shreds and put it into the shredded meat, add salt, soy sauce, vinegar, pepper, add egg white, mix well and marinate for 15 minutes, pick out the ginger shreds, mix the shredded meat with starch, put vegetable oil in a wok, put in the shredded meat after the oil is hot and fry it for a while, pour out the oil in the wok, leave a small amount of remaining oil, add tomato sauce and stir-fry, add sugar, add a little water and bring to a boil, put in the shredded meat, stir well, turn off the heat, and sprinkle some cooked white sesame seeds.

3. Add two spoons of rice wine and one spoon of light soy sauce to the shredded pork, mix well and marinate for 4 hours. Cut carrots into shreds and onions into shreds. Heat oil and stir-fry shredded carrots and onions until cooked through, set aside. Add oil to the pan, stir-fry the shredded pork when the oil is hot. When the pork turns white, add shredded carrots and onions. At the same time, add a spoonful of chili sauce, a spoonful of sugar, two spoonfuls of vinegar, and two spoonfuls of light soy sauce. Stir-fry evenly until cooked and serve.
