It consists of two parts: the annulus fibrosus and the nucleus pulposus. The nucleus pulposus is located in the center of the intervertebral disc. It is a water-rich, jelly-like elastic protein. Surrounding the nucleus pulposus is the annulus fibrosus, which connects the two vertebrae together and firmly fixes the nucleus pulposus in the center.

4. When lying on your back, place your hands on your hips as support points, bend your knees to 90 degrees, place your feet on the bed, support your upper body with the back of your head and your elbows, and support your lower body with your feet, forming a semi-arch bridge shape, and straighten your torso.
