Every time winter comes, the temperature is very low. If you are not careful at this time, your hands will get frostbite. However, many people don’t care so much, so their symptoms will become very serious, which is actually not so good for your body. So you still have to pay more attention to keeping warm, try not to go to places with lower temperatures, and also remember to wear gloves. Scopolamine (also known as 654-2): Take 654-2 tablets 5 to 10 mg orally three times a day; or use 654-2 injection for intramuscular injection, 10 mg each time, twice a day, 10 days as a course of treatment. 654-2 can also be made into a 0.3%-0.5% ointment and applied to the affected area. The dressing should be changed every 1-2 days. The total effective rate is over 95%, and the general healing time is about 7 days. If frostbite forms ulcers, effective antibiotics should be used to prevent infection. Atropine: Heat and melt commercially available frostbite cream, grind 4-6 tablets of atropine (0.3 mg) into powder, add into the box and mix well. Use after cooling. Apply once in the morning and evening every day, then slightly warm the affected area by the stove and gently rub it locally to promote blood circulation. Wash with hot water at night. Nifedipine (also known as nifedipine): Take 10-20 mg of nifedipine tablets orally, 3 times a day, for two weeks. Vitamin E: Take 100 mg of Vitamin E capsule orally, 3 times a day. You can also apply 20% vitamin E ointment to the affected area at the same time. One course of treatment is two weeks. Using vitamin E can increase the blood flow in the skin capillaries, increase the skin temperature, and enhance the ability to defend against cold, so it is more effective in treating frostbite. Plant essential oils: Take a few drops of plant essential oils (such as argan oil) and apply them to the affected area several times a day. Plant essential oils such as argan oil are rich in high content of vitamin E and unsaturated fatty acids, which can promote the skin's absorption capacity and are very effective in dealing with frostbite. : Apply to the affected area 3 times a day, two weeks as a course of treatment. If you have an ulcer, you can first apply erythromycin ointment and then use Ten Drops of Water, which can heal it. : Apply safflower oil to the frostbite affected areas 2-3 times a day (do not use on ulcerated areas). : Apply musk tiger bone ointment to the affected area every night before going to bed, and change it once every 24 hours. Wash the affected area with warm water and dry it before applying the medicine. It is not suitable for use on patients with blisters, ulcers or skin trauma. Ginger: Chop some ginger into small pieces and soak it in alcohol for 20-30 days. In the early stages of frostbite, you can rub the affected area with this liquid three times a day. It will generally heal within two weeks. Watermelon rind: Use watermelon rind to frequently rub the areas affected by frostbite twice a day for 10 days every summer to prevent frostbite in winter. |
