Why does smoking make me want to vomit

Why does smoking make me want to vomit

It is a commonplace that smoking is harmful to health, but in real life there are so many people who cannot control themselves and love smoking. People who love to smoke are very likely to develop various respiratory diseases. Some smokers even have symptoms of nausea and palpitations. In fact, these are all unhealthy manifestations. So why do smokers experience this? What should we do if this happens? Let’s find out together.

1. Why do you feel dizzy, nauseous and want to vomit after smoking?

1. Causes of dizziness and nausea caused by smoking

When people have a cold and are weak, if they still smoke or stay with smokers, it is easy to cause dizziness and palpitations. The cold itself makes breathing difficult, and inhaling carbon monoxide causes the body to lack oxygen and lead to dizziness; lack of oxygen in the brain can easily cause dizziness. When smoking, a large amount of smoke is inhaled, and the oxygen content is very low, causing hypoxia. Some people have strong cardiopulmonary function and normal cardiovascular and cerebrovascular functions, so they don't have any reaction when they first start smoking. But if they smoke too much, their lung function weakens and their health deteriorates.

Low blood sugar and smoking can cause neurasthenia in the brain. It is recommended that you do not smoke or smoke less.

2. What to do if you feel dizzy and nauseous when smoking

Everyone knows that smoking is harmful to health, so for some old smokers, reducing smoking is the most important thing. I think quitting smoking may be really difficult, but nothing is impossible with perseverance; go out for a trip to relax;

Strengthen your body, distract attention, and improve your cardiopulmonary function;

Smoking while drunk can also easily cause dizziness and nausea.

Anemia, bad mood, lack of rest time, physical weakness and poor sleep quality may all be caused by smoking. The best way is not to smoke or stay away from smokers.

3. Harms of smoking

Cigarette smoke emits more than 4,000 gases and particles, most of which are strong irritants, and at least 40 of them can cause cancer in humans or animals. After the smoker stops smoking, these particles can still remain in the air for several hours and can be inhaled by other non-smokers. They may also mix with the decay products of radon gas, causing greater harm to human health.

While smoking harms the health of smokers themselves, secondhand smoke also affects non-smokers. In addition to irritating the eyes, nose and throat, it can significantly increase the risk of lung cancer and heart disease in non-smokers. If children live with smokers, their respiratory system will be more susceptible to infection. Other effects include increased coughing, wheezing, sputum production, impaired lung function, and slowed lung development.

2. Diet therapy can reduce the harm of smoking

1. Sichuan Fritillary and Pear Pork Lung Soup: Take 120 grams of pork lung, wash and cut into pieces, boil in boiling water for 5 minutes, then wash with cold water and dry. Wash and crush 9 grams of Fritillaria cirrhosa; wash the pears with skin, remove the stems and pear cores, and cut the pear flesh with skin into small pieces. Put all the ingredients into a pot of boiling water, simmer for 2 hours, season and drink as desired.

2. Almond, pear and yam paste: Take 10 grams of northern almonds, 1 pear, and appropriate amounts of yam rice flour and sugar. First, soak the northern almonds in boiling water, peel them, and wash them; peel the pears, wash them, take out the flesh and cut them into cubes; then put the almonds and pear cubes into a blender and blend them into a paste. Use appropriate amount of clean water to mix apricot and pear puree, yam rice flour and sugar into a paste. Pour into a pot of boiling water (about 100 ml of boiling water), stir constantly and cook until cooked. Consume as desired.
