1. Eat more alkaline foods, eat more vegetables and fruits, drink some milk in moderation, try to avoid sweets, fried foods, spicy foods, and try not to smoke or drink;

2. Reduce the frequency of hair dyeing. Hair dye can cause hair to dry out, break, and stimulate scalp cells, which can increase the amount of dandruff.

3. When washing your hair, rinse the shampoo off, rinse it with clean water, and add some white vinegar to the water. The effect will be seen immediately.

4. Before shampooing, apply aloe vera gel evenly on your hair, leave it on for 5 minutes, and then shampoo as usual. It will immediately remove dandruff.

5. Try not to use hairspray, because hairspray residue on the scalp is difficult to clean with shampoo, which will cause dandruff to increase in the long run;

6. Use anti-dandruff shampoo less frequently. Excessive and frequent use of anti-dandruff shampoo will cause dry and cracked scalp, break down the drier surface layer of the skin, and make dandruff more and more serious. It is sufficient to use anti-dandruff shampoo once a week.

7. If you are not in a hurry, do not use a hair dryer to dry your hair after washing it. Let it dry naturally. Hair needs natural moisture and it is not suitable to wear a hat for a long time.
