Peeling feet don't itch, just peeling skin

When the feet are peeling, the first thing people may think of is that they do not take good care of the skin on their feet and the skin on their feet is too dry, which leads to this situation. In fact, other conditions may also cause peeling of the feet, such as fungal infections. However, if the skin on the feet is infected with fungi, it usually not only peels but also becomes itchy. So why do the feet peel but not itch?

1 The blisters of athlete's foot mainly appear on the soles and sides of the toes, most commonly between the third and fourth toes, and can also appear on the soles of the feet. They are deep small blisters that can gradually merge into large blisters. A characteristic of the skin lesions of tinea pedis is that they have clear boundaries and can gradually expand outward. As the disease progresses or scratching occurs, erosion, exudation, or even bacterial infection may occur.

2 Tinea pedis is a chronic infection in which fungi grow and multiply in the stratum corneum and require long-term medication to completely eliminate it. Therefore, after the symptoms of tinea pedis are relieved, you still need to continue taking the medication. The skin's metabolic cycle is about 28 days, so the medication must be taken for more than four weeks. It is best to conduct fungal examination and culture, and it is considered cured only if the results are negative for three consecutive weeks.

3 This situation is mainly caused by dry weather, which causes the original stratum corneum of the skin to dry and crack. The guidance for treatment is mainly to use some drugs that soften the stratum corneum and some drugs that promote skin growth, or crack healing creams, etc. It is best to apply the ointment after washing with warm water.

4 Seeing the skin on the feet peeling, people with obsessive-compulsive disorder will definitely peel it off. At this time, it is recommended that you let it fall off naturally and do not peel it off forcibly. At the same time, try not to come into contact with alkaline substances in your life, because alkaline substances will make the situation worse!

Note:

You should also pay attention to your diet. Don't eat spicy, irritating or greasy food. Eat more fruits and vegetables. Proper exercise can enhance your body's immunity. Don't be overly anxious and tired. Rest on time and don't have too much psychological pressure. Maintain good hygiene habits.
