Boil them in water and take the decoction.

If you experience soreness in the waist and knees, dizziness, vertigo, and tinnitus, it is a sign of kidney yin deficiency. You can take Liuwei Dihuang Pills, which are made of 20 grams of cooked rehmannia, 10 grams of moutan bark, 20 grams of yam, 10 grams of yellow meat, 10 grams of Alisma, and 10 grams of Poria.
