If targeted Chinese herbal medicines are added, the therapeutic effects will be more complementary.

You can also use medicine prepared by a doctor to fumigate the joints, control the slightly hot water temperature at around 50°C, once a day, each time for 20 minutes.

If you have rheumatism, you can use moxibustion to relieve the pain

Acupoints: Ashi point (pain is the acupoint, which people often say "pain is the acupoint"), Shenque point (navel), Mingmen point, Zusanli point and other acupoints.

Moxibustion method:

1. Use the square four-hole moxibustion box, adapt yourself gradually, start with two moxa sticks, then increase to three, and up to four moxa sticks. Perform moxibustion step by step. If you have rheumatism, you can use hot compress to relieve the pain

Rheumatism can cause joint stiffness or swelling. Applying a hot towel to the painful area can effectively relieve the pain. Due to the principle of "thermal expansion and cold contraction", the blood vessels will be "expanded" by the hot air, which can accelerate blood circulation and reduce swelling.
