Ingredients: 50g bee pupae, 150g fried peanuts, 2 egg whites, 100g celery, 15g each of chopped green onion and ginger

Method: Heat oil in a pan until it is 70% hot, put the bee pupae into the pan and fry on low heat for 1 minute until they turn golden brown. Peel the fried peanuts and chop them into small pieces. Wash and chop the celery cores and set aside. Put clear soup in a clean pot on the fire, add peanuts, chopped green onion and ginger, celery, salt, chicken essence, MSG, and cooking wine after boiling, adjust the taste, and thicken with starch. Pour egg white evenly before serving, and finally sprinkle with fried bee pupae.
