The pinnate compound leaves have 7-25 leaflets, alternate, elliptical or ovate, 2-5.5 cm long, 1-2 cm wide, with rounded or slightly concave apex, a small tip, and a rounded base.

Acacia honey is watery white or white, clear and transparent; it has a special fragrance, similar to the fragrance of acacia flowers, fresh and clean, sweet but not greasy, and has an excellent taste; it is not easy to crystallize or does not crystallize. If it crystallizes, it is in fine grains or oily form, and is more transparent than other single flower honeys.
