1. Try to shrink your facial features toward the middle.

2. Open your facial features outwards and repeat 10 times.

Method three: pinching and pressing method to eliminate wrinkles. The wrinkles on your face can be improved by kneading the muscles to restore skin elasticity. Doing this regularly is very effective in protecting the skin on your face.

2. Use the thumbs and index fingers of both hands to tightly pinch the cheekbone muscles and cheek muscles.

4. Use the thumbs and index fingers of both hands to pull the muscles along the direction of the S-shaped lines.

Method 4: Lifting and removing wrinkles at the corners of the mouth. For the wrinkles that have already appeared, they can be improved by exercises that lift the corners of the mouth and flatten the wrinkles.

1. Lift the corners of your mouth to make a smile.

2. Keep the left corner of the mouth as it is, and lift the right corner of the mouth as much as possible to make the frown lines disappear.

3. Slowly close your right eye and tighten your muscles. Hold for five seconds and then relax. Repeat on the left side.

Method 5: Promote the absorption of anti-wrinkle essence. After applying a thick layer of anti-wrinkle essence deep into the wrinkles, massage each wrinkle one by one to promote the absorption of the anti-wrinkle essence.

1. Press your fingertips on the wrinkles to warm them for 5 seconds.
