There is a bag on the eyelid

It is very common to have bags on the eyelids in daily life, but because they do not seriously affect people's normal life and work, they are easily ignored. In fact, the eyes are of great significance to the human body. If you find bags, you should pay special attention to them. These may be fat particles, styes, eye polyps and granulomas. Patients can make judgments based on their actual situation.

1. Fat particles

The pimples on the eyelids are probably sebaceous cysts, which are small white cysts about the size of a needle tip that grow on the skin and usually grow around the eyes.

The cause of the formation of sebaceous cysts is the small white cysts produced during the skin's self-repair process due to tiny wounds on the skin. There are also white particles formed by the sebum being covered by keratin and accumulating in the skin.

Recommendation: Pay more attention to eye cleanliness, exfoliate eyes appropriately, ensure skin absorption and discharge, pay attention to eye hygiene, and prevent infection. After washing your face, pay attention to the massage and care of your eyes and choose a suitable eye cream.

2. Stye

If you have a bump on your eyelid, it may be a stye. Stye, commonly known as a sty, is caused by inflammation and suppuration of the eyelash follicles, which causes yellow pus-filled bumps to appear on the eyelid around the base of the eyelashes. The skin around the pus head becomes swollen, inflamed, and painful. Anyone can get it, but it's more common in young people.

Recommendation: Pay attention to your diet and avoid inflammation caused by spicy and irritating foods. Pay attention to eye hygiene and avoid wiping your eyes with dirty towels, handkerchiefs, etc. The eyelids of healthy people have strong resistance, and proper exercise can reduce the incidence of styes.

3. Cystic leukoma

Pimples on the eyelids may also be granulomas. Chorionic cyst, also known as chalazion, appears dark red on the inside of the eyelid and is painless and itchy. It tends to heal on its own and can also slowly increase in size.

Recommendation: Pay attention to eye cleanliness. If symptoms occur, do not squeeze them with your hands easily. Seek medical attention immediately.

4. Eye polyps

Pimples on the eyelids may be eye polyps. Polyps are excess tumors that grow on the surface of human tissue. Generally, the growths that grow on the surface of human mucosa are collectively referred to as polyps. Ocular polyps are extra growths in the eye. It often occurs in the elderly or those who work outdoors.

Recommendation: Avoid long-term adverse stimulation to the eyes (such as wind, sand, ultraviolet rays, etc.) and avoid eye fatigue.
