1. The harm of smoking after meals

At this time, gastrointestinal motility is frequent, blood circulation speeds up, pores throughout the body open, and some excess heat energy is discharged and tissue cell respiration is accelerated. If you smoke at this time, the harmful substances in the smoke will be absorbed by the lungs and body tissues in large quantities, causing much greater damage to human functions and tissues than normal smoking. 3. Don’t smoke when you stay up late
