My hands get numb when I sleep and then I wake up and recover

1. Numbness in the hands at night may be caused by cervical spondylosis or the pillow may be too high. A pillow that is too high can easily cause cervical stiffness, thereby compressing the arteries. Symptoms of numbness in hands and feet appeared. So when you sleep, you must choose a suitable pillow, not too high or too low.

2. To solve the problem of numbness in hands, you need to adjust your sleeping position, or you can use a pillow to help you adjust it. For example, people who often suffer from back pain can prepare a long cylindrical pillow. When sleeping, my hands and feet are placed on the pillow. This can avoid numbness in the hands caused by incorrect sleeping posture.

3. If you experience numbness in your hands, you should exercise more often in the future. If necessary, you can use some vitamin B12 and other medicines. Long-term numbness in the hands may be due to some organic lesions, and you need to go to the hospital for examination and diagnosis. At this time, you usually need to do a brain CT scan and test blood lipids and nervous system conditions.

4. Some people experience numbness in their hands due to insufficient qi and blood. In this case, they need to replenish qi and blood through daily conditioning. Patients should pay attention to getting enough sleep and eating more nutritious food. Don't eat spicy and cold food.
