Can bird's nest be stored in the refrigerator?

The storage and preservation of bird's nests require certain care, otherwise it is easy to cause the bird's nest to mold or deteriorate. Generally, dry bird's nests do not need to be stored in the refrigerator, but only the bird's nest after stewing needs to be preserved.

1. Dried bird's nest does not need to be refrigerated. Only stewed bird's nest needs to be refrigerated. It cannot be stored for more than five days, and the temperature cannot be higher than 3 degrees. If it is below zero, it can be stored for 10 days.

2. How to preserve stewed bird's nest:

(1) After the stewed bird's nest has cooled, put it into a bird's nest preservation bottle, and then put the preservation bottle into the refrigerator;

(2) When you take it out to eat next time, if you don’t want it to be cold, you can warm the bird’s nest in the same way as warming milk. You can put the fresh-keeping bottle in hot water to warm it before eating; or you can pour the bird’s nest into a container that can be heated in a microwave oven and warm it for about 1 minute before eating.

3. Notes:

Please consume the bird's nest stored in this way within 3 days if possible, and the maximum shelf life should not exceed 5 days. This is because rock sugar or other substances may be added during the stewing process, and the bird's nest stewed in this way does not contain any preservatives or stabilizers, so the bird's nest may become thin or turn into water if stored for too long.
