What to do if kidney stones cause excruciating pain

Once kidney stones are formed in the human kidneys, they are not static. As people do not pay attention to kidney stones, the stones will grow larger and larger. In addition, during people's daily activities, kidney stones will gradually change with the position of their movements. Although there are not many symptoms in the early stages of kidney stone formation, as the kidney stones grow larger, the patient will experience obvious kidney pain. What should I do if I am in excruciating pain from kidney stones?

Considering the long-term harm of kidney stones, kidney stones are a disease that cannot be ignored. Because the surface of stones is mostly rough and uneven, as they move, they can often cause damage to the urinary tract mucosa, resulting in varying degrees of hematuria. Long-term stimulation of the urethral mucosa may also lead to cancer.

However, the treatment of kidney stones is not complicated. For small stones smaller than 0.6 cm, Depu’s Yushipo tea can be used to improve the condition, and large stones can also be crushed. For slightly larger stones, drug litholysis and extracorporeal lithotripsy are not very effective, but they are also effective. So from this perspective, kidney stones are not serious.

However, no matter how serious the disease is, as long as symptoms of kidney stones occur, it is the correct approach to go to the hospital for examination and develop a relevant treatment plan.

If you want to keep kidney stones away from you, you should pay attention to the following points:

1. Do more exercise, such as jogging.

2. The most important way to prevent it is to increase water intake. Water dilutes urine and prevents high concentrations of salts and minerals from accumulating into stones. The appropriate amount of water to drink is to excrete 2 liters of fluid a day, which is enough. If you work under the hot sun all day, you need to drink 2 gallons of water.

3. Reduce the intake of foods such as protein, high uric acid and high oxalic acid. For example, eat less high-calcium foods such as tofu and foods high in oxalic acid such as tea, coffee, cocoa and celery.

4. Conduct urine routine examinations regularly to detect and treat the disease early.
