3. Inspection

4. Content Determination

Total Nitrogen: Accurately measure 5 ml of this product and determine it according to the nitrogen determination method. The total nitrogen content of this product per 1 ml should not be less than 0.5 mg. Accurately measure 10 ml of amino nitrogen, adjust the pH value of the solution to 7 with 0.1 mol/L sodium hydroxide solution, add 2 ml of formaldehyde solution that has been pre-calibrated to pH 9, and then titrate with 0.01 mol/L sodium hydroxide solution to the pH value of the solution to 9. Every 1 ml of 0.01 mol/L sodium hydroxide solution is equivalent to 0.14 mg of amino nitrogen.
