How to preserve leftover avocados

How to store avocado if you can’t finish it

When the avocado skin turns completely black and no longer feels hard but a little soft, you can start eating it. If left in this condition, the avocado flesh will oxidize and turn black. Don't eat the fruit if it turns black. So you can choose according to your own storage time.

2. Very soft, the flesh is overripe, more likely rotten, discard it;
