What are the reasons for low pressure and high pressure

In our daily lives, we often hear the medical term hypertension. But do you know? Some people may experience high low blood pressure. Moreover, this disease is becoming more and more common nowadays, which is related to the decline in the physical fitness of modern people. If you suffer from high blood pressure, you must seek timely treatment, otherwise it will lead to complications such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. So what are the causes of low pressure and high blood pressure?

The causes of low blood pressure are as follows:

1. First of all, an unhealthy lifestyle is the first cause of low and high blood pressure. On the one hand, since people often eat spicy, cold and fried foods, have bad eating habits and often eat greasy food, this is an important cause of low blood pressure and high blood pressure. Therefore, patients with low blood pressure and high blood pressure should develop good eating habits in daily life and try to eat a light diet.

2. Secondly, the reason for low blood pressure and high blood pressure depends on the size of peripheral vascular resistance. When vascular resistance increases, diastolic blood pressure increases. In contrast, diastolic blood pressure decreased.

3. Finally, being overweight, obese and having a high-salt diet are also causes of low and high blood pressure.

The dangers of low pressure and high

First, low pressure and high pressure are more harmful. The main factors that cause high low blood pressure are: first, the elasticity of the blood vessel wall decreases, which reduces the amount of blood returning to the heart, and the amount of blood remaining in the aorta at the end of diastole increases, which will increase the low blood pressure; second, the tension of the arterioles is high, the peripheral vascular resistance increases, the flow rate of blood in the aorta to the peripheral blood vessels slows down, and the amount of blood remaining in the aorta increases, so the diastolic pressure increases. In the long run, it will cause small artery atherosclerosis, such as coronary artery disease, retinal arteriosclerosis, cerebral vascular sclerosis, renal arteriosclerosis and left ventricular enlargement, and will also increase the burden on the heart.

Second, low pressure and high pressure are difficult to control well. Patients with hypertension all have this experience: if the high blood pressure rises, most people can lower it, but once the low blood pressure rises, it is difficult to lower it by taking medication. If not treated promptly, the prognosis will become worse as you age.

Third, the human body is more sensitive to low pressure and has a better tolerance to high pressure. The increase in low blood pressure causes the pulse pressure difference to decrease, and the human body often feels obvious dizziness, chest tightness and discomfort. Relatively speaking, the human body has a better tolerance to high pressure.
