Dapoxetine hydrochloride tablets are a common drug for the treatment of male sexual dysfunction. It is mainly used to treat male patients with premature ejaculation. We know that premature ejaculation is a common male sexual dysfunction disease, which refers to ejaculation too early or ejaculation before insertion. This is quite harmful to men and often leads to loss of confidence. When taking dapoxetine hydrochloride tablets, be sure to do so under the guidance of a doctor. 1. Adult males (18 to 64 years old) The recommended first dose for all patients is 30 mg, to be taken approximately 1 to 3 hours before sexual activity. If the effect after taking 30 mg is not satisfactory and the side effects are still within an acceptable range, the dosage can be increased to the maximum recommended dose of 60 mg. The maximum recommended dosage frequency is once every 24 hours. 2. Elderly people (65 years and above) The safety and efficacy of this product in patients aged 65 years and above have not been evaluated, mainly because the data on the use of this product in this population are very limited (see Pharmacokinetics section). 3. Children and adolescents This product is not intended for use by persons under 18 years of age. 4. Patients with kidney damage Patients with mild or moderate renal impairment do not need to make dosage adjustments when taking this product, but should take it with caution. This product is not recommended for use in patients with severe renal impairment (see Pharmacokinetics section). 5. Patients with liver damage No dose adjustment is required for patients with mild hepatic impairment; this product is contraindicated in patients with moderate and severe hepatic impairment (Child-Pugh class C) (see Pharmacokinetics). Precautions Using Priligy may cause fainting or dizziness. --If the patient experiences possible prodromal symptoms, he or she should immediately lie down with the head lower than the rest of the body, or sit down with the head between the knees until the symptoms disappear. Patients should be warned to avoid situations that could result in injury if syncope or other central nervous system (CNS) effects occurred, including driving or operating hazardous machinery. The concurrent use of this product with alcohol may aggravate alcohol-related neurocognitive effects and may also aggravate adverse reactions of the neurocardiovascular system (such as syncope), thereby increasing the risk of accidental injury; therefore, patients are advised to avoid taking alcohol while taking this product. |
