Prepare a pot of boiling water, about the amount of six bottles of mineral water, add two spoons of salt (one spoon is a flat spoon), and stir evenly. Go to bed around ten o'clock, set the alarm clock at five fifty, and make sure you can get up the next morning.

Process: Get up at 5:50 in the morning, drink a glass of warm water, move around, and boil a pot of water to mix with salt water. Remember to wear loose clothes and keep warm in winter. Everything is ready. At six in the morning, the best time for the body to detoxify, start drinking the first cup of salt water: mix the salt water prepared last night with 600ML (equivalent to the amount of a bottle of mineral water) boiled in the morning, warm, and the salt taste is similar to that of a slightly salty vegetable soup. Therefore, drinking water should be done skillfully. If you drink water in small sips and the water flow is slow, the water will be easily absorbed in the stomach and produce urine.
