As recorded in "Bielu", it can damage the lungs and should not be eaten too much. "Daily Materia Medica" also says that the juice will stay in the diaphragm and turn into phlegm, damaging the lung qi, so patients should avoid eating it. This may include people with chronic tracheitis, emphysema, silicosis, bronchial asthma and other weak asthma, who should avoid eating it.
