What should I do if I have a mouth full of oral ulcers?

A mouth full of oral ulcers tortures and bothers many people, and some people can be said to have recurrent oral ulcers. In this case, you should pay attention to whether it is caused by a lack of vitamin B2. If you want to effectively deal with oral ulcers, you can choose to apply Yunnan Baiyao to the oral ulcer wound, or grind the vitamin C tablets into powder and sprinkle it on the ulcer.

1. Eggs: Beat the eggs into a bowl and mix into a paste. Put an appropriate amount of mung beans in a ceramic pot and soak them in cold water for more than ten minutes. Put on the fire and boil for about 1.5 minutes (do not cook for too long). At this time, the mung beans are not cooked. Take the mung bean water and mix it with frangipani to drink. Drink it once in the morning and evening every day. It is effective in treating oral ulcers.

2. Liushen Pills: Take 1 Liushen Pill (30 pills), grind it into powder, add 2 ml of cold boiled water to soak it into a thin paste for later use. Clean the patient's mouth before use, then use a thin cotton swab dipped in Liushen Pills liquid to apply to the ulcer surface. It is best to use the medicine 1 to 15 minutes before meals, 3 times a day, and one more time before bedtime. Generally, the pain relief effect can be achieved within 5 minutes of taking the medicine. Small ulcers can heal in 1 or 2 days, while larger ulcers can heal in 5 days.

3. Yunnan: Apply Yunnan Baiyao to the oral ulcer wound twice a day, and it will usually heal in 2 to 3 days.

4. Whole milk powder: Choose whole milk powder, 2 to 3 times a day, one tablespoon each time, add a little white sugar, and drink it with boiled water. It is better to drink it before going to bed at night. Generally, the ulcer symptoms disappear within 2 days.

5. Watermelon: Cut half a watermelon, dig out the pulp, squeeze out the juice, hold the juice in your mouth, swallow it after about 2 to 3 minutes, then hold new watermelon juice, and repeat several times.

6. Vitamin C: Crush 1 to 2 vitamin C tablets, apply them on the ulcer surface, close your mouth for a moment, and do this twice a day.

Cimetidine: Grind 1 to 2 tablets of cimetidine into fine powder, use a cotton swab to dip the powder and apply it on the ulcer surface. Do not drink water within 10 minutes. Apply twice a day.

7. Liuwei Dihuang Pills: Take Liuwei Dihuang Pills orally, 2 to 3 times a day, 6 to 8 grams each time.

8. Strong tea: my country's Ming Dynasty pharmacopoeia "Compendium of Materia Medica" stated: "Tea is bitter and cold, and is the best at reducing internal heat... When the internal heat is reduced, the body will be clear." According to research, tea contains tannins, which have an astringent effect. Gargling with strong tea can promote the healing of oral ulcers.
