How to effectively treat cervical arteriosclerosis?

The treatment of cervical arteriosclerosis includes paying attention to reducing the content of animal fat and protein in food in daily diet, and also reducing cholesterol intake, eating less or no butter candy and various sweet foods.

(1) The calories you consume must be balanced with the energy you expend, and it is best to keep this balance within a standard weight range. If you are overweight, you should not only reduce your calorie intake, but also increase physical activity and increase energy expenditure.

(2) Focus on reducing animal fat and protein in the food, and strictly control meat intake at every meal. Because even the leanest meats contain 10-20% animal fat, excess fat should be eliminated from the meat you eat and fat intake should be reduced to a minimum. Don't eat chicken skin because it contains a high proportion of fat. Eat pork or beef no more than 3 times a week. It is best to eat chicken or fish (excluding shellfish) at other times because they contain less saturated fatty acids than pork, beef and other meats.

(3) It is best to roast, grill or bake meat or fish rather than fry or deep-fry them. Because roasting, grilling and baking can remove a considerable amount of fat from the meat that is not needed by the human body.

(4) Reduce cholesterol intake. No more than three egg yolks a day (including other foods), aquatic shellfish (lobster, shrimp, oysters) should be eaten only 2-3 times a month, and less liver, kidney and other internal organs should be eaten, because the internal organs contain a lot of cholesterol and fat.

(5) Use less or no mayonnaise in salads. It is best to use vinegar or soy sauce, etc., use more vegetable oil for cooking, and less animal oil and butter.

(6) Do not eat or eat less cream, candy or sour drinks, eat less sweets, eat less refined sugar, eat more standard flour and less refined flour. This can improve digestion, reduce calorie intake, and reduce the absorption of fat and cholesterol in the intestines.

(7) Restricting the above diet will not result in nutritional deficiencies. Vegetables, fruits and various foods contain a lot of carbohydrates that can provide calories to the human body. In other words, all kinds of foods, as well as brown bread, brown rice, beans, peas, carrots, green leafy vegetables and fresh fruits, peaches, pears, and apples (preferably with skin) contain all the nutrients needed by the human body. It provides all the calories a person needs without raising blood cholesterol. ?
