1. How much liquor is considered drunk driving?

According to the law , if a person drives a motor vehicle after drinking, his motor vehicle driver's license will be suspended for six months and he will be fined not less than RMB 1,000 and not more than RMB 2,000. Anyone who has been punished for driving a motor vehicle while drunk and then drives a motor vehicle while drunk again shall be detained for not more than ten days, fined not less than one thousand yuan but not more than two thousand yuan, and his motor vehicle driving license shall be revoked.
