How to care for dry skin

Skin care cannot be ignored, because dry skin is prone to dehydration and becomes dry and rough, so the most important thing is to pay attention to hydration. You need to replenish enough water every day. It is recommended to choose the right diet, drink more milk, and use facial masks correctly.

1. For dry skin, what we need to grasp is the word "water". We should develop a good habit of drinking a glass of water first thing when we wake up every morning, and drink at least 8 glasses of water a day to replenish water. Of course, there are skills to drinking water. We drink a glass of water at 6:30 to detoxify and beautify, drink a glass of water at 8:30 and 11:00 to relieve fatigue and relax, drink water at 12:50 to reduce burden and lose weight, drink water at 15:00 to refresh the mind, drink water at 17:00 to aid digestion and absorption, and drink water at 20:00 to detoxify and excrete. With fewer toxins in the body, your skin will be smoother and more hydrated.

2. People with dry skin secrete less oil. Some people say that they don’t need to wash their faces with facial cleansers. This statement is incorrect. We can use some milder, anti-sensitive skin facial cleansers, which can regulate the acidity and alkalinity of the face and keep the face moisturized for a long time. Generally speaking, it is used once in the morning and once in the evening, but if your skin is really dry, you can choose to wash with clean water in the morning and use facial cleanser at night. Some people may ask if they can switch to using facial cleanser in the morning and not at night. I can only say that it is not impossible, but it is best not to do so. Before going to bed at night, facial cleanser can wash away dirt in the pores, ensure that the pores are not blocked, and allow the skin to breathe better and not lose elasticity.

3. We can do facial care several times every week, such as applying some hydrating masks to help add moisture and nutrients to the face. You can also apply some moisturizing creams and other products on a regular basis. Don't use too much, just the right amount.

4. Drink more milk, eat more nutritious foods such as liver, eggs, fish, mushrooms and pumpkin. These foods are closely related to the physiological metabolism of the skin and mucous membranes. Regular consumption will supplement and metabolize the essential proteins, amino acids, vitamins and trace elements of the skin and mucous membranes.
