Herpes is a rash and a common skin disease. There are many methods to treat herpes, and most of them are very mature, so treating herpes is relatively simple. However, during the treatment process, you must pay attention to your hygiene, otherwise it will cause a recurrence of the disease. 1. Antiviral treatment (1) Acyclovir: 0.2 g, orally, 5 times a day for 6 to 9 days, or intravenously, 5 mg/kg body weight each time, 2 times a day for 6 days. (2) Valaciclovir: It is a prodrug of acyclovir. Its bioavailability is 3 to 5 times that of acyclovir. The dosage is 0.3 g, taken orally twice a day for 6 to 9 days. (3) Others: Ribavirin, interferon, adenosine, etc. can be used. 2. Analgesia Generally, there are codeine (30 mg, twice a day), carbamazepine (100 mg, 3 times a day); phenytoin sodium (300 mg per day). In severe cases, amitriptyline (amitriptyline) 25 mg, 2 to 3 times a day, clomipramine (Anafranil), doxepin, 25 mg, 1 to 3 times a day can be used. Fluphenazine, 2 mg, 3 times a day. Fentanyl transdermal system can also be used to release opioid analgesics for 72 hours and applied topically to the skin. If drug analgesia is ineffective, nerve blocks may be used. 3. Corticosteroids Its application is still controversial. Some people argue that early application can alleviate acute inflammation and reduce postherpetic neuralgia, but there are also reports that the use of hormones can cause viral dissemination and widespread rash. Generally, prednisone acetate can be used early for those who are older (over 50 years old) and have normal immune function, 30-40 mg/d, orally in divided doses. Reduce the dosage and stop the medication within 10 days. 4. Physical therapy Ultraviolet irradiation, audio electrotherapy, moxa stick moxibustion, etc. can be used. Electrophysiology and neuromodulation: The principle is to stimulate the target nerves that can cause pain appropriately through electrodes, thereby producing a numbness-like sensation to cover the painful area, thereby achieving the purpose of relieving pain. It is mainly divided into transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation, peripheral nerve stimulation, spinal cord electrical stimulation, etc. |
