1. Soak your feet every night

However, it is not suitable for women during menstruation or pregnancy.

2. Learn to massage your feet

When doing self-foot massage, the first thing to consider is the painful parts, such as the soles of the feet, ankles, toes and calves. Use a massage cream rich in oils and apply light pressure with your thumbs to achieve the purpose of health care. However, women are advised to avoid foot massage during menstruation.

3. Small movements to relieve pain

Female friends can do some foot exercises during their free time at work, such as putting on flat shoes or slippers indoors, sitting on a chair with legs slightly apart, feet flat on the ground, lift your heels to the maximum, hold for five seconds, then return to the original position, then slowly lift your toes, also hold for five seconds, then return to the original position. The entire movement process should be performed slowly and repeated at least 10 times.

When you are outdoors, you can put the center of gravity of your body on one leg, bend the other leg slightly, and touch the ground with the toes. Let the ankle joint completely relax, and make circles with the toes as the center. Do it 10 times each in clockwise and counterclockwise directions, and then change to the other foot and do the same movement. These small movements can exercise the flexibility of your heels and ankles and relieve foot pain.

4. Wear appropriate shoes

Female friends must choose shoes that suit them, and try not to wear high heels if possible. You can also wear a pair of soft-soled thick-soled flat shoes when walking, and then change into high heels when you get to the office. Don't let your feet be squeezed in pointed-toe shoes for a long time, as this will not only cause pain but also affect the health of your feet. If you have flat feet, you can also put thicker insoles on the inside and outside of the shoes to reduce the shock of walking and make it easier for you to walk.
