How to stir-fry pine nuts? It turns out there are four ways

Pine nuts are a specialty of the north. They are sweet in taste, warm in nature, and have the effects of invigorating qi and strengthening the spleen, so they are loved by people. Although pine nuts are delicious, how do you fry them so that they can open? But most people don’t know. In fact, there are four ways to fry pine nuts to make them open, and they are all very simple and you can learn them in no time.

Method 1:

Put the pine nuts in a basin, fill it with clean water, and let the pine nuts soak for an hour. The purpose is to soften the pine nut shell and make it easier to break open.

Take out the pine nuts, put them into the steaming rack of the steamer, and steam them over normal heat for 30 minutes.

After 30 minutes, remove the pine nuts and place them in a ventilated place to dry.

Turn on a low heat and put the dried pine nuts in a wok and dry-fry them. No need to add anything else. Stir the pine nuts in the wok constantly during the process. When most of the pine nuts are open, they are ready to be served. (Using the principle of thermal expansion and contraction)

Method 2:

First, dissolve the white sugar into half a cup (80g wine glass) of sugar water and set aside.

Put the yellow sand into the pot and fry it until dry and hot, then pour in the sugar water and stir well. As soon as the sugar smoke comes out, put in the pine nuts and keep stir-frying (don't turn the fire too fast).

After stir-frying for five or six minutes, take a few pine nuts and smash them. If the kernels turn yellow, they are cooked. Sieve out the sand and wait until the pine nuts are dry before eating.

Method 3:

Soak and polish the pine nuts in clean water.

High temperature steaming, the temperature must be controlled at around 100 degrees and the steaming time must be more than 30 minutes.

Continue to fry in the wok for about ten minutes. If the pine nuts are not opened when eating, you can use pliers to open them.

Method 4:

Beat in a microwavable stove for 5 minutes, then beat for another 6 minutes when cooled.

Take it out and put it into cold water while it is still hot. After the water is dry, use a micro boiler to beat it for 3 minutes.

Be careful not to use too big a fire, or it will burn easily. You can experiment with a small amount first.
