Washing your hair is a manifestation of cleanliness. However, if you wash your hair frequently, although it can keep our hair clean and smooth, incorrect washing methods will completely wash away the oil secreted by the sebaceous glands. This will not protect our scalp, but will be counterproductive and have an adverse effect on our health. Therefore, in daily life, we must pay attention to the way we comb our hair, the shampoo we use and other factors, so that we can better protect our hair. 1. First, use a comb to gently comb your hair for one or two minutes to make it smooth and tangle-free . You can also comb away aging and falling hair; and gently massage your scalp to relax the tense scalp. 2. Choose a shampoo that suits your hair type in advance and prepare a shower head with strong water power. 3. Wet your hair thoroughly with warm water , then pour a small amount of shampoo on your hands and add a few drops of water to dilute it (if your hair is fine and sparse, this step cannot be omitted). Rub with both hands to produce a little foam, then rub your scalp with your fingertips. After massaging your scalp, rub your hair again, from the roots to the ends, back and forth two or three times, until you feel comfortable and your scalp is clean. Rinse with warm water (use a strong showerhead with strong water pressure to rinse your hair); if you need to wash your hair a second time, use less shampoo. After complete and thorough cleaning, rinse with lower temperature or cold water to shrink pores (this step can be skipped if you are unwell or in winter). 4. If you have a lot of hair and it is dry and split, you need to use conditioner to maintain your hair. It is best to use it according to the product instructions. Don't forget! Rinse it thoroughly after maintenance. 5. Use an appropriate amount of conditioner to rub the scalp and hair as needed, and rinse it thoroughly afterwards. If you have oily hair or less hair, you don’t need to use it. 6. Use a dry towel to absorb all moisture . Do not twist or rub your hair with the towel, otherwise the hair will break easily. The most correct way is to wrap your hair in a towel and pat it with your palms. Then use a large flat comb to slowly comb your hair from bottom to top, and apply a few drops of hair oil; then find an open space, and wave your hands continuously until the wet hair is about 50% dry. Then use your palms to rub and massage your scalp back and forth to generate heat and evaporate the moisture; when the hair is 70% to 80% dry, let it air dry naturally. Washing your hair every day will increase dandruff. Although the reasons for the increase in dandruff are relatively complicated, it may be residual substances from hairspray, shampoo, etc., or it may be the clinical manifestations of seborrheic dermatitis and fungal infection. Lack of B vitamins in the body, mental stress, and excessive use of the brain can also lead to increased dandruff. Frequent washing of hair is one of them. Therefore, it is not recommended to wash your hair every day. |
