1. Face your procrastination.

To get rid of the bad habit of procrastination, the first thing is to correctly understand the harm of procrastination and face the fact that procrastination is wrong. Procrastination often causes a person to fail to complete tasks frequently, wasting time and energy. Moreover, today's things are put off until tomorrow, and tomorrow's things are put off until the day after tomorrow, and this cycle repeats over and over again, leaving one in a state of constant anxiety and tension. 2. Start by setting goals.

3. Try to shorten the time to complete the task.

You have to know that you don’t have to delay a task that can be done in 10 minutes to an hour. So, you have to put some pressure on yourself. If you want to complete a task, you must avoid being interrupted and solve the problem as quickly as possible. After having this experience of quickly solving problems, you will find that this feeling of high efficiency is quite good.

4. Strictly implement the items on the checklist.

After making a list, strictly follow the items on the list to complete them one by one, and force yourself not to exceed the time limit. If you exceed the time limit, you must punish yourself. You must not be soft-hearted on this point. You must give yourself a heart-wrenching punishment after failing to complete the task, so as to urge yourself to become a person who completes tasks strictly according to the checklist.
