Is bilateral kidney stones a serious problem?

The impact and harm caused by small stones in both kidneys are also relatively large. They usually easily cause hydronephrosis or urinary tract obstruction. They may also cause some chronic inflammatory infections. Therefore, it is necessary to pay attention to correct prevention and consume more high-fiber foods to supplement vitamins.

1. The harm caused by kidney stones to patients:

1) When hydronephrosis occurs, the renal parenchyma is squeezed and the stones compress the mucosa, causing renal tissue atrophy and seriously affecting renal function. If it is not resolved over a long period of time, the entire kidney function will be lost and the kidney will have to be removed in the end.

2) If both urinary tracts are obstructed, it will lead to uremia

. Many people even consider uremia to be an incurable disease. When it develops to a certain stage, it will cause serious conditions such as heart failure, mental abnormalities, coma, and even endanger life.

3) Long-term stone stimulation of the mucosa will cause chronic inflammatory infection, and in severe cases may even lead to cancer. Therefore, kidney stones must be treated promptly.

4) Kidney stones are most likely to occur at the junction of the renal pelvis and ureter, and stay in the ureteral iliac vessels and the ureteral bladder entrance, causing urinary tract obstruction. After urinary tract obstruction, the ureters and renal pelvis above the obstruction will dilate and accumulate water. Hydronephrosis can be divided into mild, moderate and severe hydronephrosis.

If you have kidney stones, you can drink Defu Shitong tea to help expel the stones.
