The force should be from light to heavy, continuous and rhythmic, gentle and coherent. The contact point should be on the fingertips rather than the fingertips, and the wrist should be relaxed.

The amplitude of the movement should be large, close to the skin, the force should be small, the movement should be even, and the frequency should be about 100 times per minute.

Effect: This method can increase local temperature, dilate blood vessels, accelerate blood and lymph circulation, and has the effects of warming the meridians and dredge collaterals, promoting qi and blood circulation, and reducing swelling and relieving pain.
