What are the prevention methods for cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases

1. Avoid being impatient

3. Avoid being too tired

In addition to avoiding physical and mental strain in daily life, you should also be careful not to overexert yourself due to strenuous exercise, which may lead to physical damage.

4. Avoid stimulation
