How to use a manual razor properly

2. Usage

Wash your face first

The ideal angle is about 26 degrees, and try to minimize back shaving. The steps of shaving generally start from the upper cheeks on both sides, then the beard on the upper lip, and then the corners of the face. Because the shaving cream stays on longer, the roots of the beard can be further softened, so start from the sparsest part of the beard and shave the thickest part last. After shaving, rinse with warm water and then wash again with cold water. Remember to rinse the razor after shaving and place it in a ventilated place to dry. Do not place it in a humid place to prevent the blade from rusting. Another point is that to avoid bacterial growth, the blades should be replaced regularly, rinsed with water, and then soaked in diluted alcohol.

Before the blade touches the skin, the razor needs to be able to slightly flatten the area where the blade contacts the skin to generate a certain tension, allowing the shaving roots to stand up.
