Or is it better to drink purified water regularly?

1. Purified water is made from river, lake, tap water, etc., using treatment processes such as distillation, electrodialysis, ion exchange, and reverse osmosis. It is through a complex and deep purification process that it achieves sterile purity.

2. Mineral water is uncontaminated underground mineral water that naturally emerges from deep underground or is artificially exposed. Under normal circumstances, the chemical composition, flow rate, water temperature and other dynamics of mineral water are relatively stable within the natural fluctuation range.

3. The common points between mineral water and purified water are safety and hygiene. The biggest difference is the content of mineral elements. Purified water is made by removing various elements from water to the maximum extent, retaining only water molecules. While removing harmful substances, it also removes beneficial substances. Mineral water, on the other hand, retains some substances and trace elements in water to a certain extent. Mineral water cannot be boiled for drinking, because mineral water generally contains more calcium and magnesium and has a certain hardness. At room temperature, calcium and magnesium are in ionic state and are easily absorbed by the human body, playing a good role in calcium supplementation. If calcium and magnesium react with carbonate ions during boiling, scale will be precipitated, which will not only cause the loss of calcium and magnesium, but also cause sensory discomfort. Therefore, the best way to drink mineral water is at room temperature. So will long-term drinking of purified water lead to a deficiency of trace elements? Since the weight elements that the human body obtains from drinking water are only a very small amount, as long as you achieve a balanced diet in your daily life, you will not suffer from a deficiency of trace elements no matter what kind of drinking water you drink. Mineral water and purified water should be drunk together.

It can be seen from this that whether it is pure water or mineral water, if you drink it alone for a long time, it may lead to a lack of trace elements in the body, so the best way is to drink multiple types of drinking water alternately. And those who have babies at home should pay attention that children cannot drink mineral water, because it will have adverse effects on their development.
