How to treat blister type athlete’s foot?

Wearing sports shoes all day long makes your feet non-breathable and it is easy to get athlete's foot. Blister-type athlete's foot is more stubborn and has a high recurrence rate. There is no very effective way to cure it. Blister-type athlete's foot usually grows on the edges of the feet. Generally speaking, the disease will not recur in winter, but will recur in summer. Next, I will share with you some effective methods for treating blister-type athlete's foot.

Clotrimazole cream, cotton swab

Prepare a few boxes of clotrimazole cream, which is available in general pharmacies and is very cheap, only a few cents a box. I personally think there is no need to buy the expensive ones. Some of the clotrimazole series are indeed very expensive and have good therapeutic effects, but they are also very irritating to human skin.

Wash your feet carefully before applying the medicine. You can soak them in salt water, which can kill bacteria and reduce inflammation, and is effective in treating athlete's foot. If you want to get better quickly, you can use athlete's foot liquid, which is very easy to use. After washing your feet, you should dry them immediately. Note that the foot basin and foot towel should be used by yourself and never let your family members use them to avoid spreading athlete's foot.

After opening the cream, use a cotton swab to take a soybean-sized amount of the cream and apply it evenly on the sole of the foot where the blisters appear. After applying the ointment, don't rush to put on shoes. Let your feet air for a while and allow the ointment to slowly seep into the skin. Clotrimazole is a relatively effective drug for treating ringworm, which can inhibit the growth of harmful cells. But you need to keep applying it.

Pay attention to the time of applying the ointment, it is best to apply it before going to bed and before going out. Sleeping at night can give your feet enough rest, and the medicine can reach directly into the skin and kill bacteria. Apply ointment before going out, and put on socks after drying your feet to kill the germs.

Generally, applying the ointment for one week is a course of treatment. It is best not to apply it continuously for more than two courses. After all, any ointment has side effects and contains hormones to varying degrees.

If you have athlete's foot or tinea pedis on your feet, you can cure it by rubbing them with raw garlic.

Mix the vanishing cream with vinegar to make a paste, apply it to the affected area, and use it as soon as it is prepared. For mild cases, one application, and for severe cases, 2 to 3 applications can cure it.

Washing your feet with water boiled with eggplant roots and salt can cure athlete's foot.

If you get tinea pedis in the summer, you can wash and dry the affected feet first, then apply Fengyoujing to the affected area 1 to 2 times a day, and generally the effect will be seen after a few times.

Get some cigarette ash and sprinkle it on the wet and itchy toes to cure itchy blisters between toes.

Patients should keep their feet clean and dry, and sweaty feet should be treated. Also change your shoes and socks frequently and do not pick at the affected area with your hands. Do not use other people's shoes, especially in hotels or bathhouses. The shoe cabinet should be breathable and dry. Strengthen physical exercise and pay attention to nutrition. Stuffing some spices or dried tea bags in your shoes can help remove bacteria.
